GenWise is India's first social and learning platform for Elders and Senior Citizens. Strong product, weak brand presence. I was brought in to make the brand feel as good as the product.

ROLE & EXECUTION

Strategy built jointly with senior product designer and social media manager. Execution — every visual — mine. Social reels, thumbnail graphics, in-app banners, push notifications, AI greeting cards, and AI-generated video.

For social media, the focus was on using reels to reach a secondary audience — Gen Z — and encourage them to bring their parents onto GenWise, while still keeping the content relevant for older users who are active online.

The greetings feature became GenWise’s most-used product — something I hadn’t anticipated. Users wanted personalised cards with the right name, occasion, and visual tone, so I built a template system using Midjourney that could generate 10,000+ variations while still feeling warm and cohesive. The challenge wasn’t just making one good greeting, but ensuring scale without it feeling repetitive.
